Vista Del Mar occupies a unique spot for itself right on the beach at Miraflores. The restaurant is set back about 50 metres from the beach in the grounds of Playa Miraflores itself, offering spectacular and panoramic views of the sea, horizon and clear blue sky. A sight not out of place or keeping in some of the world's most desirable locations, but not easily found on the Costa.
Our concept is a simple one: A fine dining experience in a tropical setting to a backdrop of ambient and eclectic music. The simplicity of the event and the pleasure one takes in the perfect combination of scenery, beautiful weather and the wonderfully chilled music, makes every day a special one
The terrace occupies the front and is the most relaxed area, fronted by a beautiful large round pool, with central island. Seating for 70, it is ideal for diners and drinkers alike to enjoy the 'al fresco' dining experience whilst whiling away the hours in complete tranquillity and serenity, enjoying the view. The interior of the restaurant offers a more formal but similarly relaxed atmosphere. Here the discerning diner can sit and enjoy the a la carte menu offered in the evenings.
In the background, to complement the serene atmosphere which is Vista del Mar's trademark is the music. Lounge, jazz and Ambient eclectic and classical music is constantly played through the Restaurants sound system. Music that 'surrounds and immerses you' without being intrusive, that allows you to relax , to strum your fingers to. Music that will not drown out the natural, powerful sound of the Med, but compliment it.
