Tony soon noticed the lack of choice of fabric designs, with most suppliers in Cyprus offering a very small range. This prompted him to look further afield for his fabrics. He turned back to his original supplier in the UK.

Although his blinds are made in UK, there is only a few days turnaround as all carriage is done by air. The blinds are made to measure and guaranteed.

Tony believes that customer service, quality and price, are values that are often forgotten by the modern retailer. The attitude that the deal is completed when payment is made is an approach alien to Tony, 'it is just the start of the relationship' he states. He firmly believes that a customer who has been treated well will come back and will recommend friends and family.
