3. Inventory checks
*MaisonsTournesol* manages your changeover requirements and we are unique in taking a detailed contents inventory after each guest has stayed to check for missing items and damage. We maintain a high standard because we take care of your property the way you want it taken care of (see Key holding and Changeovers). We will count the forks and knives if you are willing to pay for the time and trouble, but the main goal is that the décor you have worked so hard on obtaining remains the same as you left it, and that table you like so much (your guest might think it is ugly,) is not damaged. Because this is the way YOU want it.
5. Meet and Greet
We touch base with all your guests to ensure that they are comfortable at the house and they understand how everything works. If they are visiting the Pezenas area for the first time, we also provide useful information about what to do and see. These meetings are also a great opportunity for us to remind the guests to take care of your property.
6. Owners Club
Are you ever stuck for somewhere to stay when you have an overlapping booking in your house? Maisons Tournesol has the answer with our unique "Owners Club". You can stay for up to 2 nights for free in one of our managed properties in the Pezenas area. So if you need a place to stay for a night or two, just give us a call and it will all be sorted (see Owners Club for more information).
7. Free Website Marketing
Gain additional bookings for your holiday property for free! Maisons Tournesol's customers are included on www.golanguedoc.com for free. GoLanguedoc.com specifically promotes holiday rentals in the Languedoc region. Once we know your booking requirements, we can also promote your property on other internet sites to maximise your booking potential (see Website Promotion for further information).
