Limanaki

Limanaki was created by the owner Sam Kazzaz , a man who has all the characteristics of an actor, he is egotistical, talented, competitive and no little bit driven by an all consuming need to be the very best in his chosen profession.

In keeping with all superior chefs he also has an instinctive ability to be both a director and producer, creating for his customers the perfect stage setting for his sell out lunch and dinner performances.

Both Actors and Chefs have to be able to repeat their 'perfect' performances on a daily basis, but whereas an actor may be excused for fluffing his lines occassionaly Chefs are never forgiven for 'drying' on stage, they cannot cover their mistake as the evidence of their inability to rise to the occasion is always there, untouched on the plate of the dinner guests.

Dining at Limanaki whether it be at an evening, or matinee performance, will have any audience on its feet begging for an encore, such is the skill of both Chef and the dedicated supporting cast who help make this a restaurant with 'the best seats in town'.

And, like all excellent staged performances you will need to return, just to remind yourself that eating food of this quality, value and consistency can still be done without recourse to taking out a bank loan.
