FACIAL REJUVINATION

LATEST INJECTABLES
BOTOX^® Cosmetic is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium, which reduces the activity of the muscles that cause those frown lines between the brows to form over time. It is therefore a simple, nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age.

In 2005, almost 3.3 million procedures were performed with FDA-approved BOTOX^® Cosmetic. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

One 10-minute treatment 'a few tiny injections' and within days there's a noticeable improvement in moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, which can last up to 4 months. Results may vary. We are pleased to offer this treatment at one of the lowest rates in town.

FILLERS
We employ the latest and most effective synthetic injectables to achieve the desired cosmetic result.

These include hyaluronic acid based fillers like Revanesse. And Esthelis. Hyaluronic acid is a natural occurring acid found in the skin and is the key component of the extra cellular matrix.

These products thus provide doctors and patients with a dermal filler that is easy to inject, rejuvenates the skin and contains the highest concentration of HA available. The result is a product that not only fills in lines and wrinkles but rejuvenates while hydrating and moisturizing the skin

The latest generation of fillers synthesized from agarose are also available at our centre. Easy-agarose is a natural dermal filler for longer lasting, aesthetic corrections. Agarose is a polysaccharide with no added synthetic cross-linkers and with a long lasting effect of 12+ months.

It is a well documented, biodegradable carbohydrate especially well suited for smoothing of fine lines and wrinkles and for enhancement of lips, cheeks and chin. The gel is completely tissue neutral and can be injected without causing allergic reactions.

In addition we are pleased to introduce our range of natural fillers, with the advantages of a longer lasting result and almost zero chance of allergic response, since only material from your own tissues are used. This can be in the form of fat transferred from another fatty area of one?s body like the thighs or buttocks; or of fillers synthesized on the spot from one?s own serum.

IPL/ HAIR REMOVAL
IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light is a relatively new technique whereby a probe delivers a burst of light energy of a range of wavelengths over a moderately large area of skin.It is mainly employed as a form of permanent hair removal, or as a form of skin lightening rejuvenation.

A good contrast between colour of hair and that of skin is also essential for effective hair removal therapy via IPL. Our hair removal package consists of 6 sessions of IPL treatment. One session alone is virtually ineffective.

In the past IPL was associated with a smack of pain with each delivery. We are using the latest NovaPlus IPL technology which utilizes a cold probe and can be tuned to deliver painless and effective treatment. This is to be distinguished from all other less sophisticated IPL machines from China and Korea, which may be painful and deliver less energy.

TATTOO REMOVAL
In our centre, we employ a Q-switched NDYAG Laser system for tattoo removal. Lasers work by producing short pulses of intense light that pass harmlessly through the top layers of the skin to be selectively absorbed by the tattoo pigment. This laser energy causes the tattoo pigment to fragment into smaller particles that are then removed by the body's immune system.

Black ink especially is quite easily removed via this method. However, some colours, such as red and yellow, are particularly difficult to remove. Our basic package consists of 6 sessions but it is noteworthy that one may require 6-12 sessions over one year for effective treatment.

BLOOD LIFT
Autologous Cell Rejuvenation (ACR) is a bio-stimulation injection technique utilising the patient's own bio-active platelet rich plasma (PRP) with the aim to regenerate aged and damaged skin and hypodermal tissues. Thus we can utilize the patient's plasma to synthesize a bioactive compound which may be injected into the skin for facial rejuvenation of aging tissues or as a substitute for a synthetic filler compound. When used in the latter manner, extensive facial lifting and rejuvenation can be performed at a fraction of the cost of the large volumes of synthetic derma fillers which would otherwise have been required.

GOLD LIFT
The use of pure gold as an implant is not a new idea and has been with us since Ancient Egyptian times.The Gold Lift is a method of rejuvenation of the skin face and neck, when the first signs of age appear (wrinkles, flaccidity, etc.). It may be regarded as a filler implant developed for the prevention of face and neck sagging and flabbiness of the inner arm and thigh skin surfaces. It can also be used to correct neck and face wrinkles.

It is based on the introduction of fine pure gold filaments (99,999% purity), in sub dermal level, associated to a thread of braided polyglycolic acid, which is absorbable, or PVDF, which reinforces the effect of gold filament. The fundamental function of these associated threads is to avoid gold filament breaking, supporting the traction efforts during the implantation, as gold filament is very fragile and malleable due to its high purity and thinness.

It is a safe office procedure carried out under local anaesthesia and patients may go home on the same day. It has no known adverse effects.The best results are obtained on face and neck. The first effects begin to appear in a month or even earlier, and they last around 5 years. The implantation can be repeated as many times as necessary.

CELL REVITALIZATION THERAPY

Directions
When you get to main entrance of Paragon shopping centre, walk through to the end of the ground floor till you see Dome cafe. On the left you will see the SIA (Singapore Airlines) PPC club. On the left of that there is a corridor leading to lifts which go up to the medical suites. Go down that corridor and turn right where you will see the lifts. Then take the lift to the 9th floor. Get out of the lift and you'll see a corridor that splits into 2. Walk along the left branch to the end of the corridor to the last clinic. You'll see 4 signboards at the end of the corridor, including one called 'HealthSense Specialists', and one containing our HealthSense Aesthetics as seen throughout this website. This is where we are located.
