We are an independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Geneva, Switzerland. We offer accounting, taxation, trust and business administration services to our local and international clients to ensure their operations run smoothly.

Our mission as an accounting firm is to understand your needs and to provide you, the client, with the most appropriate solution available. You will be able to take advantage of our contacts in the financial, legal and insurance markets to boost your activities in Geneva.

To enable you to benefit from our experience, we categorise our services into three customer groups:

· Business services to provide outsourcing facilities for companies without a significant business administrative presence in Geneva. This includes:

- Business establishments. We can provide domiciliation and representation services to ensure the operations can be incorporated before your infrastructure is fully in place. We can also arrange the appropriate registrations with the AVS, VAT and Swiss taxation authorities.

- Business administration. A day to day business administration function that includes payroll, accounting and reporting as well as other administration functions. We can also arrange to complete your statutory AVS, VAT and taxation filings on a timely basis and provide audit services if required

- Business liquidations. For companies that require an effective and rapid liquidation of a business entity once a corporate decision has been made to close it down.

· Corporate services for larger established clients who require temporary or project support:

- Corporate interim staffing to enable international companies to have skilled Finance and Administration resources available immediately.

- Corporate due diligence. This service is targeted at international companies outside Switzerland that require local due diligence support.

- Corporate internal control/risk management for local business units of international companies that require support for the documentation or testing of internal controls

· Services for individuals to enable them to optimise their personal financial and taxation situation:

- Taxation compliance. This service is targeted at the English speaking expatriate who needs to fill in a tax return and comply with the local Swiss regulatory requirements

- Financial Planning: To enable English speaking residents and potential future residents in the Lake Geneva area to optimise their personal taxation relating to their financial and estate planning.

- Trust and estate administration for trustees or who need an independent trust administration function.
