The wine list is as friendly and exciting as it was at Specialists Centre. Our renowned Wine Cellar carries 600 labels and a total of 4,000 bottles of premium wines from all over the world. Prices of our wines are surprisingly inexpensive.

The Patio is an added bonus for those who love the outdoor feel, and for those who really need to exchange the fresh air, to smoke.

A Private dinning room is also available for private or company functions as well as wine evenings. It is fully equipped with a screen and wireless internet access.


Cafe de Amigo was voted The Most Popular Theme Restaurant in past years in the 'Gourmet Hunt' organized by The Radio Corporation of Singapore. Cafe de Amigo is also the first Theme Restaurant in Singapore - and probably in Asia - to specialize in Oysters, Salmon and Escargot.

Exotic and mouth-watering recipes prepared by Executive Chef Foo Wah Ann, who spent his first 20 years in the renowned former Marco Polo Hotel, which remains in many people's memories for its good food at La Brasserie.

Speciality dishes are meticulously prepared and are both a gastronomical and visual treat. Recommended must-haves are the Oyster Florentine, Baby King Salmon and Escargot a la Bourguignonne.

For less adventurous souls, there is a wide range of Classic home-made soups and entrées available for both lunch and dinner. Generous Goose Liver with Morel Sauce, the heavenly Deep-Fried Swiss Cheese Trio, hearty French Onion Soup, exquisite Lobster Bisque and the surprisingly delightful "Not-The-Same-Potato" Soup.

Selections of main courses include Beef Tenderloin, Lamb Racks a la Hainan, Classic Ox-tail Stew (available everyday), BBQ Pork Rib and the ever-popular Black Pepper Chicken Chop, etc. Pasta lovers can dig into our famous " Smackin'-rich Lasagne.
