Send us your medical expenses claim forms (feuilles de soins) as given you by the doctor or hospital, and your prescriptions, and we refund you from the first euro up to the limit of the cover you have subscribed - within 24 hours!
Lifetime Cover:
The insurer cannot cancel your contract even if your state of health changes (except in the event of a false declaration or non-payment of premiums).
Internet account:
Log on to submit a request for authorisation and consult the details of your reimbursements.
Full assistance:
- Parents in hospital for over three days: We organise childcare for under-15s. Animals can also be looked after.
- For longer periods in hospital (10 days at least): We can organise delivery of medication, domestic help or find a physiotherapist, medical assistant or nurse.
- Legal help: accident and labour law, employer's responsibility
- Medical: contact details for specialists, pharmacists, etc.
