We provide you with accounting (business plans, book keepings, financial statements, tax declarations for companies and individuals), payroll services (human resource advice, payslips, work contract preparation) and legal services (setting up of a business, selling/ buying a business) and all secretarial work (contact with health insurances, employment organisations, banks, translations, support for negotiations).

We have a bi cultural staff, native from the UK or having work in the UK or in the USA. Our firm has two experts-comptables partners (Bruno and Hervé) specialized in international tax advice, and an English associate (Angela) expert for daily support and advising to clients.

Our headquarters are based in Caen (Normandy), and we also have offices in Flers (Orne) and Paris. We benefit from a large network in France and abroad thanks to our collaboration with partners and colleagues all over the world. It allows us to be closer to our clients and to bring appropriate solutions to their needs.

We are open everyday from 09:00 to 12:00 hrs and 13:30 to 18:00 hrs.
