Brittany Renovations (trading as Renov Action) was registered with Chambres de Métiers and Chambres de Commerce in 2003 enabling us to work in France.
The company has enjoyed continued growth due to its intuitive approach and 15 years experience in all aspects of Renovation.
The head office is in Plouyé in Finistere, central Brittany and the areas we cover departments 22, 29 and 56.
Having several skilled tradesmen we are able to cover all aspects of the building trade and help where planning permission is needed.
We are fully insured and give a very competitive price and a high standard of work.

We first met Renov Action about 12 months ago after searching for Artisans locally. We have always employed French builders, etc, over a period of 12 years. Renov Action offered the complete package, so we showed him two of our building projects. ?Woody? and his team are nearing completion on 2 small cottages more-or-less a rebuild and total renovation for us. His next project is the restoration of a large old farmhouse here in Scrignac, starting with re-roofing the house and 2 old barns. This is the project we will live in hopefully by this autumn. This is to confirm our satisfaction with the works received from Renov Action during the period September 2005 - January 2006. Works completed included: a) Complete rebuild and re-roofing of mezzanine b) Installation of new dormer window and resisting of velux. c) Construction of new dinning room extension. d) Re-roofing existing conservatory e) Addition of extension to boundary wall. Throughout the project we were very pleased with suggestions made and then actioned for the enhancement of the cottage, all where very much in keeping with the traditional fell that we hoped to achieve. We found that there was a real sensitivity to desire, both ours and the builder, to preserve the authenticity of the building. The external stonework, in particular, was exceptional and we are delighted with the end result. The materials were of very good quality and the workmanship to be of a very high standard.
