Based in Eréac (22), we work on anything from small jobs to complete renovations; our work includes:

Masonry: We are able to build any type of wall whether big or small. We also build extensions and are able to tackle any stone work, brick work, or block work.

Roofing: Other than complete reroofing, we can take on minor repairs, slate changing, or re-slating

Plastering: For a plaster finish on your walls you can choose from several types ranging from rough to smooth finishes.

Plumbing: We are able to fit all plumbing facilities for bathrooms, ensuites, or kitchens to meet the requested standards.

Electrics: Any electrical fitting from simple plug installations to total rewiring, including lighting and outside lights. All electrical work is undertaken following the specified norms.

Doors & windows: We can fit windows and doors either in PVC, wood or aluminium, using standard sizes or made to measure; the type of glass fitted can be anything from clear to totally frosted.

Pointing: Simple touch-ups or re-pointing an entire wall can be taken on either for the interior or the exterior.

Rendering: We render all types of walls whether it be cob, blocks, or stone, to give several finished touches: sand & cement, coloured, lime based, smooth, or rough.

Septic tanks: Offering complete system installations, we are able to fit plastic or concrete tanks of any size using either filter beds or an epandage.

Drainage: Any drainage work needed is possible to help keep the water away, including drainage around the house, on paths, on driveways or for patios.

Landscaping: In order to give a nice finished look to a house, we can help with small walls, patios, steps, driveways, garden surrounding, fencing, and footings.

Demolition: Anything that needs to come down, we can demolish.

About Us

With over 15 years experience in France and 20 years in England, we are reliable, honest and hardworking. We will site manage all the work if necessary and also help with all the permissions and declarations if need be. The machinery we have on hand consists of a JCB, a minipelle, and a cherry picker. We are fully registered and insured, and all work is guaranteed.
