Location: Amazonat Jungle Lodge is located 160 kilometers east of Manaus. Situated between various eco-systems it is offering a surplus of activity possibilities in a pure natural environment.

Reception: Our Staff awaits in the arrival hall of the International airport of Manaus, carrying client identification boards. Amazonat Jungle Lodges is the only jungle lodge in the Amazonas state authorized to have a receptive office in the airport.

Transfer: The transfers to and from the lodge are done by means of air-conditioned vans that will take on average 2 hours.

Accommodations: All our accommodations are built under International Ecological Standards and are carrying the F.S.C "Green Label". The total amount of 9 duplex apartments totals 18 units.

16 Standard apartments and 2 Deluxe suites. The standard apartments are all offering a queen size and a single bed complete with a small fridge, ventilator and private bathroom with hot water. The Deluxe Suites are built with the aim of comfort and specifically for the honeymoon or Luxury market.

Another option is provided 3 km into the deep forest where "Jane's Place" is providing survival and/or overnight experiences for up to 14 persons. The goal is to introduce the guest into direct contact with nature.

Restaurant: Our restaurant named "Arara's" is specialized in local and International delicacies incuding vegetaran dishes. Ingredients used are fresh from our garden and/or acquired from the nearby region, including fish caught from the local rivers. The bar offers a selection of International selected liquors, wines and soft-drinks.

Infrastructure: Within the vast infrastructure of the urbanized part of the lodge a number of walking trails are laid out that are inviting the guest for a stroll that will lead through the orchid parks, the lake district, or the orchard that contains over 25 thousand local fruit trees. In the primary forest, it is only allowed to enter accompanied by one of our qualified guides.

The trails are provided with informative boards that provide the guests with informative tips. The swimming pool is found near the restaurant, close to the accommodation.

Activities: Our activities are being performed in small groups; 6 to a maximum of 8 guests per guide in order to keep the guest focused and comfortable. All our guests are natives from the region and are very well informed and familiar with the various ecosystems to be visited.

All our tours are done in a non-destructive way to keep the harmony with nature. The tours are performed with the accent of - light - adventure in both the forests and rivers, during jungle treks, boat or kayak trips. The nutrient rich Amazon River will bring the guest into contact with numerous birds, pink and grey dolphins, sloths and iguanas, the giant water lillies, piranha while the black water Urubu River with its nutrient poor condense will show the famous flooded forests, superb white beaches and fantastic sport fishing locations.
