Alison is a creative styling master cutter, who with 28 years professional experience has developed her hairstyling and advanced cutting techniques as a transformational tool for her clients.

She holds an Australian Master Ladies Hairdressing Licence, which is gained after a 4-year apprenticeship with a master hairdresser.

She also has earned a Precision and Creative Styling Certification from, Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles an Advanced Cutting and Styling Certification with top Australian master hairdresser, Edward Beale from Melbourne Australia.

Alison has worked with some of the most renowned hairdressing salons in Australia, including the House of Leonard, Double Bay and Springwood, Edward Hui in the Brisbane Sheraton Hotel and Riverside Centre, serving politicians, stockbrokers and television personalities.

After opening two successful hairdressing salons in Sydney, Alison started an innovative personalized styling service in Australia in 1990. She worked with numerous sporting and television personalities, CEO's and MD's helping them select the hairstyle that not only fit their professional requirements, but also enhanced their personal brand.

Alison relocated to Singapore seven years ago, with her husband and two children.

Alison set up a hairdressing business in Singapore two years ago with a wide and varied clientele, one of her main focuses and passion is in the technical education and consultancy arena, which sees her working hands on and educating all over Asia.

She is the Technical Education Consultant with the Singapore Institute of Technical Education, (Hair Fashion and Design School) helping to establish a new world class standard of hairdressing for the Singapore hairdressing industry, she is currently writing the lesson plans for the two year program.

Alison is also the 'Creative Director' for AFFINAGE AUSTRALIA, holding large seminars, and IN-SALON training on advance colouring and colour correction techniques using the Affinage range of products, this has seen her travel to China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and soon to be involved in the training and opening up of new markets in India, Korea, Taiwan and Guam.

She is a facilitator trainer for Imageworks Asia, which sees her not only educating, but using her creative cutting edge for the transformation and MAKE OVERS of the students to achieve that Image Consultant professional look.

The other areas where her work is highly sort after, is her artistic and creative hair design work, she has worked on many projects, such as the MAY LEE SHOW aired on Star World. Her work appears in hairdressing journals and magazines, as well as on her privileged personal clientele of 'A' listers in Singapore.
