The "Automobile Club du Luxembourg" (ACL) roadside assistance service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of a breakdown or accident in Luxembourg, an ACL patrolman will attend the vehicle. If a repair at the roadside is not possible, the vehicle will be towed from its location to the member's home or to a garage chosen by the member, either in Luxembourg or a neighboring region.
The "Europe" membership card issued by the ACL gives its holder protection whilst travelling abroad (within Europe), regardless of the means of transport used.
The "World" card includes all of the services provided with the "Europe" membership card. However, it also gives the holder medical insurance which applies in the event of an illness or accident occurring whilst travelling abroad if there is a medical requirement to administer curative treatment to the cardholder.
The "YoungACL" membership card is especially dedicated to young people between 16 and 25 years old. It may be supplemented either by a "Europe" card or by a "World" card. The "YoungACL" card offers benefits that are specifically tailored to young people. They can enter competitions organized by the ACL and win great prizes. Many of the ACL's partners (McDonald's, Walygator, Snowhall, the training centre in Colmar-Berg, Amnéville Zoo etc.) offer excellent money-saving discounts for young people.

Diagnostic Centre
This technical centre aims to reduce car maintenance costs. It also assists in resolving disputes with garages. At a preferential rate, it carries out a technical control and so provides members with an objective report on the condition of their car or the car they are planning to buy.
Courtesy carIf, following an accident or serious breakdown in Luxembourg, the car driven by the member has to be repaired by a garage, the ACL shall provide to its member, free of charge for 5 working days (working day = all weekdays from Monday to Saturday), a courtesy car (Clubmobile).
